Zu den größten Sieger:innen unter den verschiedenen Nominierungen gehören der Netflix-Hit Squid Game, die HBO-Serie Succession, die HBO-Miniserie The White Lotus, die kontroverse HBO-Serie Euphoria und Ted Lasso von Apple.

Während Succession als beste Drama-Serie triumphieren konnte, bekam Zendaya die Auszeichnung als beste Schauspielerin. Squid Game-Hauptdarsteller Lee Jung-Jae wurde als bester Drama-Schauspieler ausgezeichnet, während Ted Lasso zur besten Comedy-Serie gekrönt wurde.
